SAR Marine is committed to transparent, professional, and fair business practices. This page outlines our terms of sale, return and refund policy, shipping and delivery terms, and product condition guidelines. Please read this information before placing an order.

1. Product Conditions & Representations

All products listed on sarmarine.com are categorized by condition as: New / Open Box, Used / Tested Working. Product descriptions include condition notes and, where applicable, test results. Photographs represent the actual item unless explicitly noted as 'representative image.'

All 'Used / Tested' products have undergone functional testing by our in-house technical team. Testing covers operational functionality. SAR Marine does not represent that any reconditioned product carries OEM warranty coverage.


2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. SAR Marine accepts bank transfer (SWIFT / TT), PayPal, and other payment methods as agreed at the time of order. Full payment or agreed deposit is required before dispatch of goods.


3. Shipping & Delivery

SAR Marine ships internationally via air freight, sea freight, and courier services. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. SAR Marine provides full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificates of origin as applicable.

International shipping rates calculated at checkout or provided with quote.



4. Returns & Refunds

SAR Marine accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are materially not as described. Items must be returned in original shipped condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to SAR Marine error.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. No refunds are issued for 'Parts / Not Working' condition items, as these are sold for parts or harvesting purposes only.

 

5. Warranty

SAR Marine offers a 30-day functional warranty on all 'Used / Tested Working' electronic and electrical items, covering the specific functionality verified during testing. This warranty does not cover installation damage, misuse, or incompatibility issues. 'New / Open Box' items carry the balance of any OEM manufacturer warranty where applicable.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, model numbers, and trademarks referenced on this website belong to their respective manufacturers. SAR Marine is a reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of any manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
